Our 100 % natural Vitamin E is concentrated and undiluted with any carrier oil. It is recommended to be used at up to 0.4% of your total formulation. The percentage required will depend on what you are formulating, how much lipids/emollient you use in your formulation and if an anti-oxidant is needed at all in your formulation or you are just adding it as an extra for product claim purposes.
